Tweet announcing that the MCP Adapter is now a canonical plugin on WordPress.org (version 0.7.0). It bridges the WordPress Abilities API to the Model Context Protocol, with a default server at /wp-json/mcp/mcp-adapter-default-server. Only abilities a site marks public are exposed, so the security review comes down to auditing the ability list.
TL;DR WordPress MCP Adapter 0.7.0 is now a canonical plugin, bridging the Abilities API to MCP and exposing only public abilities.
