Introducing Images 2.6

Images 2.6 is OpenAI's image generation update for ChatGPT, Codex and the API, adding GIF animation and generating images 50% faster. The API offers GPT-Image-2.6 Flare (as little as six seconds at low quality) and GPT-Image-2.6 Sunburst (higher quality and edit consistency). Developers also get image markup, SVG export and a complexity parameter that sets how much planning the model does.
