Mastercard Agent Pay for Machines is a set of buyer- and seller-side APIs, a toolkit and a sandbox, opened to early-access developers in October 2026. Pilots involved Cloudflare, Ant International, BVNK, AIsa, Base and Coinbase. In a Cloudflare Connect demo, an AI agent made nine payments over x402, settled onchain on Base, with BVNK as agent wallet. It is not yet commercially available.
