Kelows/million

million (Kelows/million, MIT) is a self-hosted Solana memecoin whale tracker and paper/live copy-trading deck, set up and run by talking to a coding agent. It ships a local HTTP API, an MCP server (million-mcp) with 14 tools, and playbooks in .claude/skills such as /setup-million and /tune-rules. Codex and Cursor read the same instructions from AGENTS.md. Live trading is opt-in, and the authors make no profitability claim.

TL;DR Runs a Solana whale-tracking copy-trading deck through coding agents, with a 14-tool MCP server, skills and AGENTS.md.

What it claims

million is a local Solana memecoin deck. It follows chosen wallets, discovers more wallets through the tokens they buy, filters out bots and rugs, and opens paper positions on the signals that remain. It needs Node 24 and a free Helius API key. It does not need a webhook, tunnel, domain, wallet or SOL. Without a webhook the live feed runs over a websocket and is capped at 25 followed wallets. A webhook through Cloudflare Tunnel or ngrok only lifts that cap. Live swaps carry a 0.25% developer fee. The page lists 0.5 to 1% per trade as typical for hosted bots such as Photon, GMGN, Axiom and Trojan.

How it works

  W[Followed wallets] -->|swaps via Helius| T[Tokens]
  T -->|crawler: size buyers| W

  T --> TF{Token gauntlet}
  WF --> S[Signal: copy / consensus / ladder]

  • Wallet filter. Wallets are flagged by behaviour: bot and infrastructure patterns, hold style and copyability. Wallets that keep entering the same tokens together are merged into one owner, so a cluster of addresses gets a single vote.
  • Token gauntlet. Each token is checked for mint and freeze authority, liquidity, market cap, holder concentration and deployer history. It also runs a Jupiter sell simulation and a RugCheck lookup.
  • Signal types. There are three:
  • copy is one sized buy above a minimum. The example given is 1.5 SOL.
  • consensus is several distinct owners buying within a window, with buyers outweighing sellers.
  • ladder is repeated small buys that add up.
  • Positions. Each position gets a trailing stop, a hard stop and a breakeven ratchet, sized from the bankroll. Exits are checked every few seconds, and again whenever a followed wallet trades a held token.
  • Feedback. Every round trip re-scores the wallet, and wallets whose styles do not pay are dropped. Skipped trades are still priced as shadow positions, and cached candle paths feed a backtester.

Every decision is logged with the rule that caused it.

How to use it

npx create-million # clones, installs, checks your Helius key, starts the deck
cd million && claude # or codex, gemini…, then type: set me up

Or clone it by hand:

git clone https://github.com/Kelows/million && cd million

To expose the deck to an MCP client:

claude mcp add million -- npx -y million-mcp

The MCP tools cover status, positions, the decision log, rules, order flow, token checks and whale discovery. Any client using them needs the deck running on the same machine.

The skills are /setup-million, /million-brief, /why-not-bought, /tune-rules (shows before and after, then saves), /watch-deck and /find-first-whales. The underlying interface is a plain local HTTP API documented in AGENTS.md.

The Helius key is stored in apps/api/.env. Live trading signs with a keypair file on local disk and only starts when EXECUTOR=local is set. Through the agent, the user must also type this exact sentence:

I understand every signal will spend real SOL and I can lose all of it

Limits

  • Not a sniper. It is not a block-0 sniper. It buys after the wallets it follows, even on fresh launches.
  • Must stay running. Stops only fire while the deck is running on the local machine. There is no hosted service or mobile app.
  • No confirmation once live. In live mode every signal that passes the rules is bought with real SOL, within the per-trade cap, without asking.
  • Profitability. The project's own measurements found that past returns do not predict future ones.
  • Agent support. Claude Code is the only agent the page says was tested. It is also the only one with the session-start status hook and live chat updates.
  • Status and licence. The project is marked experimental and is released under MIT with no warranty.
