Icepick is a leaked archive of records on more than 41,000 Department of Homeland Security employees and contractors, published by Distributed Denial of Secrets in 2026 and said to come from DHS's Okta login system. WIRED's analysis covers CBP, ICE, HSI, USCIS and CISA staff, plus over 55,000 permission groups that reference undercover programs, Palantir Falcon, PenLink, Signal and Mobile Fortify.
