AOCI-CODE is a local-first Go CLI and MCP server that keeps a Git-versioned, plain-text index of a codebase and database schema, written by the coding agent itself. Each file gets one FRAS line (function, relations, API, non-obvious constraints) so agents like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and OpenCode read the system once instead of re-reading the repo. It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL and openGauss, and the current release candidate is v0.1.0-rc23 under FSL-1.1-MIT.
