Rewindable interactive proofs (RIPs) are a new model of relativizing interactive proofs for scalable oversight, in which a weak verifier can rewind an AI prover to an earlier saved state. The paper builds an RIP for computations robust to changes in a small fraction of oracle answers. The honest prover runs in linear time, the verifier runs in nearly linear time in the input length after one-time preprocessing, and no cryptography is used. A preliminary MNIST experiment shows an RIP can be faster than a deployed proof system.

Why Agents Love Supabase

Latent Space podcast episode with Supabase founders Paul Copplestone and Ant Wilson on why frontier models pick Supabase first for app backends. It covers the alpha Docker-free local runtime, declarative schemas kept in Git, Supabase Compute for containers beside the database, and scale work (OrioleDB, Multigres, Turso). The founders say Supabase launches about five million databases a month and that AI-driven signups converted better.

Deogen: Automatic Benchmark Generation for Reasoning over Policies

DeoGen is an automatic, parametrizable benchmark generator for deontic reasoning, where a model applies policy rules to facts to reach a verdict. It autoformalizes rules into first-order logic, builds decision trees, and turns each tree path into a benchmark entry. Frontier models give the correct verdict 89-92% of the time, but only 22-40% on entries lacking enough information, even when told to abstain.

ChatGPT’s expanding world of work

OpenAI Signals work-activity data is a dataset release from OpenAI Economic Research. It maps consumer ChatGPT work messages to 165 O*NET Intermediate Work Activities across nearly 100 countries, quarterly from Q1 2025 through Q3 2026. Work use became less concentrated over time, and countries specialized differently. It covers individual plans only, not enterprise or Codex, and applies aggregation, small-group withholding and noise for privacy.

Subexponential Algorithms for LWE via Rejection Sampling on Superlattices

Subexponential Algorithms for LWE via Rejection Sampling on Superlattices is an ePrint paper by Ligeng Fan, Changpeng Shao, Hongbo Li and Dingkang Wang. It extends the Ducas, Engelberts and Loyer superlattice framework to give a provable classical search-LWE algorithm for prime q in [n^2, 2n^2], using m=4n samples and time and space exp(O(n/ln ln n)). A second variant runs in 2^((1/2+o(1))n/ln R) for general parameters. It resolves a gap left by Kirchner and Fouque.

OpenAI and Anthropic cut their LLM prices by up to 80% within a few months. Why?

Max Woolf's post (minimaxir.com, October 2026) gives a dated timeline of OpenAI and Anthropic price cuts from June to September 2026, including GPT-5.6 Luna down 80%, Opus 5.5 at $4 / $20 / $0.20 and GPT-6.1 Sol at $2 / $10 / $0.10. It argues the cuts come from commodity models, open-weight competition (DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, Kimi K3.1 Pro, 29 OpenRouter providers) and possibly IPO positioning. It notes cache reads make up 96-99% of coding-agent token spend.

Decision Attacks on Known-Covariance Ring-LWE via Public Gram Determinants

Anis Bkakria's ePrint 2026/2638 gives polynomial-time decision attacks on Known-Covariance Ring-LWE (KCov-RLWE), the assumption Micciancio and Suhl introduced for simulation-secure threshold encryption. The public sample and covariance hint form a bordered Gram matrix whose determinant leaks a residual that differs between real and uniform samples. The attacks cover broad prime-modulus families at ring rank one and transfer to composite moduli with an odd prime divisor. Power-of-two moduli are not covered, and the paper does not break the full threshold-encryption scheme.

Gao and Hu's IACR ePrint 2026/2622 shows that if the matrix multiplication exponent satisfies ω ≤ 9/4 − η, heuristic lattice sieving runs in (3/2 − δ)^(n/2+o(n)) time under the spherical heuristic from the BDGL analysis. It builds on OpenAI's recent result that ω ≤ 9/4. With known matrix multiplication algorithms, the method already gives subquadratic search inside BDGL buckets. Computing endomorphisms of superspecial principally polarized abelian surfaces in time and memory \(p^{4/5+o(1)}\)

Computing endomorphisms of superspecial principally polarized abelian surfaces is a cryptanalysis preprint by Marc Houben and Lam L. Pham, posted to IACR ePrint in October 2026. It gives an algorithm that, under a standard heuristic, finds a non-scalar polarized endomorphism in expected time and memory p^(4/5+o(1)). The abstract is the only text available, so the method and its effect on specific schemes are not described.

How employment is changing at Anthropic

"How employment is changing at Anthropic" is an October 2026 technical report by Nathan Wilmers, Regina Catipon, Maxim Massenkoff and Peter McCrory. It uses internal employment, agent telemetry, output, survey, calendar and hiring data plus 17 interviews. Junior technical hiring fell from 27% to 9%, agent hours reached six times employee hours by August 2026, and adopters' output rose. Employees increasingly do meta-work managing agents.

[Draft ERC] Swarm AI Framework — registry and charter model for purpose-bound agent swarms

Ethereum Magicians discussion of a draft ERC, the Swarm AI Framework. It proposes a registry and charter model in which accounts, including autonomous agents, form, bound, run and dissolve purpose-bound swarms. A hashed on-chain SwarmSpec (roles with eligibility modules, phases, decision authorities, fallback timers) is paired with an off-chain Swarm Pack charter. Two-sided signed admission (EIP-712 / ERC-1271), challenge and substitution, and minor versus material amendments are included. Phase posture is a coordinate: executed boundary and admission, plus declared payoff, topology and coordination terms from a write-once vocabulary. This lets cooperation, competition, tenders, debate, ensembles and pipelines be expressed. It integrates with ERC-8004 agent identity and ERC-8436 decision adapters. The reference implementation is a non-upgradeable registry with five eligibility modules and a task-tender adapter. The post asks reviewers specific design questions on vocabulary, amendment classes, roster snapshots and digest kinds.

ToFu: Exploiting and Fuzzing the LLM–Orchestrator–Tool Trust Boundary

ToFu is a tool-aware fuzzing framework for LLM tools, including MCP servers. It maps each tool argument, using its metadata, to one of 74 CWE-guided semantics-aware sanitizers (path, URL, SQL and similar). It then generates schema-valid Atheris harnesses and semantic oracles, using runtime tracers for in-process tools and outcome oracles for opaque ones. The LLM (gpt-4.1) only maps sanitizers and writes seeds; it is never the security judge. The paper also shows a "Repeat-After-Me" trick, where an LLM told to repeat attacker-crafted text emits a tool call the orchestrator executes, reproduced on LangGraph, MAF, ADK 2.0, AutoGen, Strands and CrewAI. Across 273 runnable MCP servers (3,405 tools) it reports 253 verified bugs in 343 tools across 118 servers, such as path traversal, log injection and exfiltration. These are failures a crash-based fuzzer would miss. The result matters because it shows LLM-generated tool arguments cannot be treated as trusted.

The One-Pixel of Reasoning introduces the one-relation attack (ORA), which finds a critical implicit warrant linking evidence to a conclusion and inserts one source-grounded sentence that qualifies it, steering an LLM agent to a wrong belief. Across eighteen models on biomedical inference and vulnerability detection, best-of-10 attacks flip initially correct answers 54.9% of the time for proprietary models and 80.0% for open-weight models. Attacks transfer without victim feedback, can pass source-support checks, and multi-agent debate raises team error from 50.0% to 59.5%.

Post-Quantum Stateless Steganography & MTU Bounds: Bridging P2P Censorship Resistance to Quantum Networks

Forum announcement of a Zenodo preprint on post-quantum migration for censorship-resistant P2P steganographic tunnels. It argues that ML-KEM's prime modulus (q=3329) makes naive bit-packed ciphertexts statistically distinguishable from uniform noise, which gives a cheap passive DPI distinguisher. It also argues that composite PQ 0-RTT envelopes over 4.4 KB force fragmentation, which requires stateful reassembly before AEAD verification and reopens memory-exhaustion DoS in eBPF/XDP filters. Proposed fixes are algebraic uniformization (LWR lattices or inverse rejection sampling), sub-MTU hybrid or pure-PQ envelopes (Falcon-512, signcryption), and Fujisaki–Okamoto implicit rejection for constant-time silent drops. Claude reveals ECDSA curve origins

Anthropic's Frontier Red Team reports that Claude recovered how the NIST P-192/224/256/384/521 and ANSI X9.62 curve seeds were generated. They are outputs of the C library's lrand48 LCG seeded with 1997–98 Unix timestamps, not hashes of a passphrase. The method scanned for weak-PRNG signatures, then used LLL lattice reduction to recover the truncated LCG state and stepped it back to srand48 initialization. Claude also traced some base points to the FreeLIP/NTL random generator. Reproducible Python is included. The authors say this is not an attack and makes deliberate backdoors less plausible. It proposes a shared risk taxonomy (Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Content, Human-AI Interaction, Bias) grounded in ISO standards and the NIST AI RMF. The paper maps evaluations to risks as evidence and argues that risk depends on the model, use case, deployment and safeguards, not on weight openness alone. It also covers how responsibility for controls shifts when enterprises self-host models, and points to a joint repository of evaluations. SBOMs are Just a Means to an End | Endor Labs

A critique of the state of SBOM adoption, written by a CISSP product manager at Endor Labs. It argues that the NTIA minimum elements and the SPDX and CycloneDX specs don't require a package URL (purl), so name and version alone can't tell a Maven log4j-core from an npm or cargo package of the same name. It also notes that no spec defines build time, which makes transitive dependency resolution unreliable, and that generation tools place the same data in different fields. It adds that vendors have mixed incentives to ship SBOMs and that practices are immature, and it calls on standards bodies to define required data per prioritized use case.

For 128-bit security and a use quota of Q=2^24 it gives 2,228-byte signatures, the first SPHINCS-based stateless signature shorter than ML-DSA-44's 2,420 bytes. Value caching conditions actions on recent value predictions as task-progress memory. Online real-world RL combines offline demonstrations, off-policy interventions and on-policy rollouts, and moves from offline RL warmup to autonomous learning with sparse rewards. On long-horizon deformable-object and contact-rich manipulation tasks it gains 29.4% mean absolute success rate from value caching and 32.8% from online learning over matched offline training. The online schedule runs 8x as many policy iterations under the same gradient-step budget, with over 2x lower time per gradient step from concurrent data collection and training.

Efficient KV Cache Migration for Geo-Distributed LLM Inference in Collaborative Edge Computing

Proposes EdgeFlow, a hybrid KV cache migration scheme for distributed LLM inference across heterogeneous edge servers in Collaborative Edge Computing. It combines direct KV cache transmission with activation-based recomputation, overlapping computation and communication to cut migration time when servers disconnect or overload. The authors formulate a multi-node KV migration optimization problem and give a 2-approximation algorithm built on improved LP relaxation and bipartite graph techniques. Experiments on a real distributed LLM inference platform show up to 45% lower migration time.

The importance of tensor handling and implementation of physics-informed DeepONets

Proposes a modified Physics-informed DeepONet (PI-DeepONet) architecture that removes redundancy in how the Branch network processes input functions across collocation points. It is mathematically equivalent to the original but uses smaller input tensors and fewer Branch evaluations. The authors derive training-time scaling laws, then test on 1D, 2D and 3D linear advection problems. Accuracy matches the original, the maximum speed-up is 3.75× in 2D, and a 3D model trains on an NVIDIA A100 only with the new formulation, because the original runs out of memory.

AWS Security Agent (now part of AWS Continuum) exploited 33 of 37 new real-world CVEs

AWS reports results for its autonomous pentesting agent, AWS Security Agent (now part of AWS Continuum), on an internal CTF-style benchmark of 37 recent 2025–2026 CVEs. Each CVE ran as a live docker-compose target with a hidden flag, and the agent started from an endpoint and a one-line hint with runtime CVE lookup disabled. It captured 35 flags, 33 (89.2%) through the intended vulnerability after an audit against canonical PoCs. The post describes the 7-stage pipeline (crawler, specialist agents, validator, exploitation agent, flag check, audit), three exploit walkthroughs (CMS upload-to-admin chain, AI workflow builder RCE, tRPC full-read SSRF), the two audit reclassifications caused by benchmark bugs, and two misses where the agent took the target down. It also argues that saturated public benchmarks like CVE-Bench and XBOW are contaminated.

Approve What, Exactly? Effect Binding and Trusted Rendering for Agent Step-Up Authorization

Paper arguing that agent human-approval prompts count as a second factor only if agent compromise cannot forge them and they name exactly what is approved. It defines twelve attacks on the approval path (decoy recipients, amount cancellation, card padding, label spoofing, enrollment squatting, threshold splitting) and tests them against AP2, Microsoft's action-bound approval design and MCP elicitation. An audit of ten agent runtimes found no third-party verifiable approval record and post-approval argument changes in four of eight. The reference defense ASU (Agent Step-Up) renders the card from a canonical effect descriptor, has a phone passkey sign its digest, and executes only the stored call. It is proven in Tamarin (53 lemmas) and evaluated on 27,108 scripted trials and 609 AgentDojo pairs. The trusted card cut forged-narration attack success from 0.54 to 0.03 and raised LLM-approver catch rate from 0.30 to 0.98.

He prompted Claude Opus 5.5 Max to build a three.js game called "Tree appreciator" with two algorithmically generated trees and a mechanic based on appreciating their differences, and added "think hard about how to make sure it is both fun and beautiful". After about 3 hours 7 minutes of work it returned a spot-the-difference game with music, animation and achievements. He notes that simply telling Opus 5.5 to "make sure it is fun" works surprisingly well.

A Hybrid BP-SAT Attack on MILENAGE: Combining the Complementary Strengths of Algebraic and Soft-Analytical Side-Channel Attacks

ePrint paper evaluating ASCA (SAT-based) and SASCA (belief propagation) side-channel attacks on the AES-based MILENAGE authentication algorithm in USIM cards, using neural-network leakage predictions to recover subscriber key K and operator secret OPc from a single trace. SASCA alone succeeds in 87.7% of attacks but converges to a wrong OPc in 6.1%; ASCA succeeds in only 34% within a 1-hour timeout. The hybrid, where BP refines the predictions before they go to the SAT solver, reaches 93.8% with lower average runtime. It also proposes a countermeasure that masks each AES round key with an independent per-device secret, and the authors report it defeated the hybrid attack in all evaluated cases.

Post-Quantum Certificate-Based PSK Provisioning for WireGuard via Mutual TLS, DTLS, and QUIC: Design and Performance Study

The paper proposes a post-quantum architecture for WireGuard that leaves the core protocol unchanged. A mutually authenticated TLS 1.3 control channel runs over TCP, UDP (DTLS) or QUIC and uses ML-KEM key establishment, with X.509 certificates from a PKI signed with ML-DSA. A shared secret derived from the session's exported keying material is injected into WireGuard's native PSK interface. A Tamarin model of the TLS–WireGuard composition layer checks secrecy, binding and provisioning-order properties and identifies the conditions needed for secure deployment. The authors benchmark handshake latency and CPU time for classical, pure-PQ and hybrid key establishment across the three transports, and compare against the Rosenpass PQ WireGuard baseline.

Google DeepMind’s on-device scam detection keeps chats off the cloud

Describes a scam-detection model built by Google DeepMind with GovTech Singapore that runs entirely on the user's device. A low-power message classifier screens incoming messages, then a Gemma model fine-tuned on local scam conversations (impersonated institutions, banks, regional schemes) judges the wider conversation to confirm a threat or discard a false alarm. Fine-tuning ran in a GovTech-managed GCP environment on anonymised scam reports and intelligence feeds, with no PII. Chat access needs user consent, and the system gives real-time warnings. It shows a practical pattern of cascaded small models for battery-efficient, privacy-preserving local inference.

Coinbase, which holds 5% of all bitcoin, wants the quantum fix started now

CoinDesk summarizes Coinbase's recommendations for making Bitcoin quantum-resistant before a cryptographically relevant quantum computer (CRQC) can derive private keys from public keys. The proposals are: a transaction format that can carry new signature types (P2MR/BIP-360, P2TRv2), staged hybrid "1-of-2" spends with ECDSA/Schnorr or a post-quantum key, and stateless options alongside stateful schemes to avoid key-reuse forgery. They also ask that evaluation favor constant-time, RNG-failure-safe implementations, require MPC compatibility, and handle dormant or late-migrating coins as a separate debate. It is a useful overview of the defensive migration design space, but it is secondary reporting and not the primary Coinbase paper.

Builders iterate on a few illustrative cases, then the frozen submission is graded on held-out cases with requirement-derived rubrics and hard pass/fail gates. Across coding agents, models and harnesses, none comes close to delivering the requirement. Recurring failures include overfitting to visible cases, hollow runtimes behind code that looks complete, and unsupported claims of completion.

OpenAI engineer arrested in bugging of executive conference room

Reports the federal arrest of OpenAI engineer Abdulrahman Alfozan, charged with using a device to intercept oral communications after an encrypted audio recorder was found in a San Francisco executive conference room. The recorder was hidden in toilet paper and plugged into a TV's USB port. Prosecutors say he used an internal productivity tool to scout rooms and calendars, and a chatbot account tied to his spouse asked how to build, encrypt and remotely access a recorder. OpenAI's technical surveillance countermeasures team found the device, and OpenAI says it used its own models for forensic analysis. It then restricted his access in stages, timed with the FBI, before firing him. A useful insider-threat case study that also covers physical security.

Developing Gemini 4 Argon responsibly and safely

DeepMind describes how it made Gemini 4 Argon safe for broad release. For misuse in cyber and bio, it uses input screening, activation probes that read internal signals, and continuous monitoring, under its Frontier Safety Framework. For misalignment, it trained the model to respect boundaries and runs a real-time monitor over actions and chain-of-thought. Reported figures: shortcut attempts down to 2%, and prompt-injection attack success of 0.7% on Gray Swan's IPI benchmark. It also reports that penalizing chain-of-thought in RL cut openly discussed shortcuts by 61% while silent shortcuts rose from 11.2% to 36.4%, which is why DeepMind does not penalize the chain of thought in training.

ChunkAct brings action chunking to agentic robotics, where an LLM agent composes perception, motion and VLA tools guided by memory. Online, one call launches a chain of primitives that runs autonomously and returns control only on failure. Offline, memory is compiled into these chunks so execution needs no memory at test time and the planner is used only for real decisions. On LIBERO-Pro it improves task success by 5.0 points over the prior agentic-robotics state of the art, with 2.9x fewer LLM calls, 4.4x fewer input tokens and 2.3x fewer output tokens.

GitHub’s model for secret detection: Finding more secrets with less noise

GitHub describes replacing an LLM-based generic secret detection pipeline with a two-stage system. High-recall regex generates candidates, then a fine-tuned ModernBERT classifier scores each one using its file path, secret type, variable names and surrounding context. Training data mixes product feedback, weak-labelled regex candidates and synthetic hard negatives, with splits grouped by repository, value or example. The model is exported to ONNX with 8-bit quantization. Reported results against the LLM pipeline: 13% higher precision, 19% higher recall, 11.5% higher owner-weighted acceptance in an A/B test, 86% lower median post-push scan time and over 98% lower serving cost. It is a concrete case for using a small fine-tuned encoder instead of an LLM on a narrow, measurable classification task.

Hybrid Quantum–Computational Key Distribution with Reduced Assumptions (Short Paper)

Short paper analysing the HM-QCT hybrid quantum–computational time-lock QKD protocol (Mazzoncini et al., 2025). It spells out the two "harvest now, decrypt later" strategies (quantum memory and classical memory) and shows each is excluded by exactly one of the two assumptions: short-term encryption and low-fidelity quantum storage. It then proposes HM-PRF, which replaces the short-term encryption with a locally evaluated pseudorandom function, so security needs only one-way functions rather than a predicted lasting gap in quantum memory technology.

CUTS: Chained Uniform-sum Tree Signatures

The paper analyses stateful hash-based signatures whose key is a tree of hash chains, and asks what a second signature from the same one-time key reveals after state loss or rollback. It proves that the values derivable from several signatures are exactly the union of those from each signature alone. It also bounds forgery after b signatures in the classical random-oracle model by a combinatorial coverage exponent λ_b, including when the signer grinds a counter. It then introduces CUTS, a scheme on one binary tree whose chain positions sum to a fixed value S and whose signature size and verification cost do not depend on tree height. One parameter set has 1,424-byte signatures and λ_2 ≥ 128.6. A counter variant, CUTS+C, gives a proven grinding gain.

XRP Ledger’s Payment Engine Had a Counterfeiting Bug Hiding Since 2015

XRP Ledger maintainers disclosed a critical integer overflow in the payment engine, reported via bug bounty in September. A payment consuming hundreds of crafted order-book offers made the buyer's owed sum wrap around to a tiny value while sellers were paid in full, minting XRP. The built-in "no XRP created" invariant check used the same flawed arithmetic and missed it. The fix shipped in 3.4.1 on Sept. 25, bypassing the usual amendment vote and two-week wait for the first time, so the open-source patch would not expose a live exploit. Static SCA vs. Dynamic SCA: Which is Better (and Why It's Neither) | Blog | Endor Labs

Compares static SCA (manifest/source scanning at build time) with dynamic SCA (runtime instrumentation). Static scans are complete but noisy and miss dependencies absent from manifests, for example in Python. Dynamic scans are relevant but incomplete, add agent overhead and surface findings late. It argues eBPF improves deployability of dynamic SCA but not its coverage limit. A worked example with a library of N vulnerable functions illustrates the difference. The author, Endor Labs, advocates static analysis of source code plus reachability analysis to filter findings by whether vulnerable code is actually called.

Let’s Encrypt Cuts Default Certificate Validity to 64 Days Ahead of 45-Day Switch

Let's Encrypt will issue 64-day certificates by default from February 10, 2027, as a step toward 45-day lifetimes planned for 2028, in line with CA/Browser Forum Baseline Requirements. The last 90-day certificate is expected to expire May 11, 2027, and 64-day certificates are available in staging for testing. Automated clients that support ACME Renewal Info (ARI) need no change. Hardcoded renewal schedules should renew at about two-thirds of the lifetime. Authorization reuse drops to 10 days next year and 7 hours in 2028, which removes the need for CAA rechecking.

I Found a $90k Remote Code Execution Vulnerability in Google

Writeup of an unauthenticated RCE on Google's shared DevSite platform (developers.google.com, firebase.google.com, developer.android.com and others). The Flask session cookie embedded a pickled OAuth2WebServerFlow containing the OAuth client_secret, which was also the Flask SECRET_KEY. That let the author forge signed sessions carrying a malicious pickle that the OAuth callback unpickled; RCE was proven safely with time.sleep timing and negative controls. It earned a $90,000 bounty and lists a four-part fix.

Strengthening our defenses against distillation attacks

Anthropic's post on defenses against illicit distillation of Claude, which it says cut reasoning tokens harvested by distillers 10 to 100 times. The methods are preserved thinking (no editing of prior context for accounts created on or after 31 August 2026), a two-stage classifier with under 0.1% false positives, and stricter limits, bans and charges for blocked requests. It also covers trade-offs and the GLM-5.3 and Kimi cases.

Forensic Analysis of the HackRF One with PortaPack Mayhem Firmware

Paper on the forensic analysis of a stand-alone HackRF One with a PortaPack running Mayhem firmware v2.0.1. It establishes at source-code level which data sit on the microSD card, their formats, when they are written and how to interpret them. The method is applied to a four-month SD image and covers RTC-battery-dependent timestamp rules, traces of on-device trimming and text editing, cluster-level recovery of deleted IQ captures, and decoding of recorded signals cross-checked with an independent decoder. In the example, the tail of a deleted IQ capture and a trimmed-away segment are recovered, and six captures are attributed to one rolling-code OOK transmitter with a shared 32-bit ID. It provides an artifact catalogue, interpretation rules and acquisition recommendations.

God's Eye View is an open-source, vanilla JavaScript + CesiumJS + Vite 3D globe that fuses live public feeds (aircraft, ships, satellites, quakes, public cameras, weather) into one explorable scene. Its AI layer is a hands-free voice agent on the OpenAI Realtime API with 30 tools: camera fly-to, whiteboard annotations, analyst queries over live layers, and scene-context and screenshot grounding. Keys stay server-side and the browser gets only a short-lived session token. An experimental ChatGPT/Codex OAuth path is also supported. The app doubles as an MCP server, so Claude Desktop, Codex or ChatGPT can open the globe from a conversation.

Staggered Instruction-Fetch Duplication: A Lightweight Processor-Level Countermeasure Against Fault Injection

Proposes Staggered Instruction-Fetch Duplication (SIFD), a processor-level fault-injection countermeasure that fetches each instruction twice in consecutive cycles while fetching two different instructions per cycle, so inconsistent fetches are detected without full processor duplication, compiler support or crypto hardware. Implemented on a custom RV32I core on an Artix-7 FPGA, it costs 15.0% more slices and 16.3% more execution time. Attack success falls from 0.86% to below 0.01% under clock fault injection and from 0.32% to 0.13% under EMFI, with 73.18% of CFI and 11.44% of EMFI attempts detected.

TokenRouter: Efficient Serving System for Token-Level LLM Routing

TokenRouter is a serving system for token-level routed LLM inference, where different tokens of one request are routed across different models. It uses request-centric programming with model-centric execution: developers write routing logic per request while the runtime launches a subserver per LLM and dispatches requests asynchronously. Each subserver uses a delayed-batching scheduler whose hyperparameters come from a mathematical throughput model, fixing step desynchronization and batch admission delays and giving 2.01-64.15x higher decoding throughput than existing systems.

Rewriting Prime Agent in Rust

Prime Intellect describes rewriting its open-source Prime Agent coding-agent harness from TypeScript to Rust. Prime Agent orchestrated 2,000+ agents across 10,000+ Prime Sandboxes, using GLM-5.3 inference, to do the rewrite. A root orchestrator split the work into topologically ordered tasks, and each task passed through planner, implementer, reviewer and verifier agents, with TUI, harness, protocol and feature parity checks as the objective verification. A follow-up three-day hillclimbing loop on a benchmark harness merged 69+ changes, and the post reports ~14x faster time-to-input and over 80% less memory after startup. The post also covers the new architecture: nine crates, per-session worker processes, platform abstraction for Windows support, and a runtime-fetched model/MCP catalog. Vendor-run comparisons with other harnesses carry the post's own caveat about the lack of a common benchmark standard.

Flying, Not Floating: Precise Fixed-Point Falcon on Embedded Processors

Presents the first fixed-point FN-DSA (Falcon) signer for microcontrollers, using 32.64 arithmetic in constant-time Cortex-M4 assembly for Falcon-512 and Falcon-1024. Techniques that keep reciprocals, inverse square roots and small constants wide and round once at the consumer restore the precision lost by naive fixed-point. Measured precision supports about 2^99.7 (Falcon-512) and 2^96.7 (Falcon-1024) signing queries per key, against about 2^61.5 and 2^58.7 for double precision and the 2^64 target. The signer needs about 45% fewer cycles than double-precision emulation, at the cost of signing RAM rising from 59n to 83n bytes. The paper also shows which implementation choices lift double-precision c-fn-dsa above 2^64, derives Falcon-1024 key-generation bounds (72.3% of keys accepted vs 8.5% with the Falcon-512 values), and gives recommendations for the fixed-point FN-DSA NIST plans.

Impactful scheduling for GPU clusters

Ai2's AI Infrastructure team describes replacing a priority-based scheduler on thousands of H100/B200/B300 GPUs with GPU time budgets, hierarchical fair-share over a 7-day lookback window, and a "scheduling contract" where workloads declare a minimum runtime (capped at 8 hours) to enable time-slicing. Results over 30 days: 98% of owed GPU hours delivered, occupancy steady at 98%, debug-workload p90 queue wait down from about 2 hours to 30 seconds, and 74% fewer repairs needing a human. It also covers a simulator used to predict outcomes before rollout, plus problems that remain: interactive sessions hurt by preemption and possible capacity fragmentation.
